Apache File Manager

The Apache::FileManager module is a simple HTML file manager. It provides file manipulations such as cut, copy, paste, delete, rename, extract archive, create directory, create file, edit file, and upload files. It also has the ability to rsync the server htdocs tree to another server with the click of a button.

    Release Notes: It is now possible to add, edit, and save text files directly in the browser window. A button has also been added to automatically select all listed files on a page.

      Release Notes: This release updates the look of the application, adds a help section, allows the location directive to exist in a document tree as a directory with files in it, fixes the cut count so it can be > 1, and updates the documentation.

        Release Notes: The OO interface has been abstracted. A DOCUMENT_ROOT view file bug has been fixed. The rsync button is shown only when rsync is configured. Warnings have been disabled. A delete warning Javascript prompt has been added. The file "type" is displayed next to the filename. A control to go to the previous directory (..) has been added. The documentation has been updated.

          Release Notes: Perl module prerequisite documentation has been added, as well as a prerequisite Apache::File in the use statement and makefile.

            Release Notes: The filename detector was fixed. General warning messages were added. The code was cleaned up.

            where can i find web frontend for filemanager
            here is the details of my machine

            os - redhat linux 8.0
            perl - 5.8.0
            mod_perl - 1.9
            apache - as web server

            i have installed apache filemanager on my machine but i didn't find web frontend for that..

   is existsing on my machine...

            so pls let me know..... where can i find it's web frontend and how can i install it on my machine...
