ADSL4Linux is a program to install ADSL under Linux in the easiest way possible. The install script consists of 3 easy steps and it does not require any deep knowledge of Linux. It currently only works for MXStream by KPN in the Netherlands.

Release Notes: Removal of faildetect.sh from the question loop to resolve various problems, a new firewall (which has been completely overhauled and has a lot of new features, of which "Connection tracking" is the most significant), a new ability to close all the internal traffic (per service), and a lot more.
Release Notes: This release has some small bugfixes so there are no ppp0 errors. A "fail-check" script has been added. If your connection failed for some reason, this script will check for the most likely situations depending on the log messages and ping times. There are also firewall enhancements.
Release Notes: A total rewrite in C, lots of new functions, greater speed, great stability, and better logging. The new firewall includes a confguration file and uses the newest pptp (1.0.3).
Release Notes: A fix for a spelling typo in "/home/user/install.sh", updated firewalls (a new CONF file so your changes will be safe), a new look and options for 'adsl status', a loop in 'adsl start' to check if your connection is really up, and more minor changes in the C programs.
Release Notes: A lot of bugfixes for the adsl script, install accepts /home/user/install.sh, 'adsl restart' displays nice waiting loop, 'adsl stop' only works when you're online, major changes to a lot of checks in install and ip-auto fill-out firewall script, checks are based on awk instead of cut, and numerous small bugfixes and enhancements throughout the entire release.
