Zorka is a sophisticated programmable profiling/monitoring agent for Java suitable for running with production applications. The agent integrates seamlessly with popular monitoring systems and protocols (Zabbix, Nagios, syslog, SNMP) and offers additional tracing/profiling capabilities that - along with the accompanying data collector - help with spotting performance issues and general problems. The agent also exposes JMX data to conventional monitoring systems. Platforms (more or less) supported out of the box include: JBoss 4/5/6/7, Wildfly 8, Tomcat 6/7/8, Jetty 6/7/8/9, Websphere, Weblogic, GlassFish 4.0, WSO2 ESB, Mule ESB, and Jasig CAS. There is also dedicated support for the popular Java libraries Spring, Quartz, CXF, and Axis 1.x. The agent should run on most other platforms with limited functionalities (that is, lack of support for platform-specific features). It works with JDK6, JDK7, and JDK8. JDK5 support is also possible after preprocessing the agent binary with retrotranslator. Functionality can be easily added by implementing simple BSH scripts.

Release Notes: This release brings some bugfixes and host grouping functionality for ZICO collector.

Download No website 29 Mar 20:31 cwwav 0.5

cwwav takes one or more text files (or text read from standard input) and converts the text into an audio file (wav or mp3) containing the CW (Morse code) representation of the text. It's useful for generating practice files if you are learning CW and want to practice by listening to text. It's a very simple program but it is designed to do what it does well. That is, it is designed to produce good sounding CW output files, with proper timing and comfortable envelope to avoid keyclicks and to make the CW softer.

Release Notes: This release adds Farnsworth timings (finally!) and much better MP3 output quality when using built-in liblame support.

Download Website 29 Mar 20:10 CLOGS 1.3.0

CLOGS is a library for higher-level operations on top of the OpenCL C++ API. It is designed to integrate with other OpenCL code, including synchronization using OpenCL events. Currently only two operations are supported: radix sorting and exclusive scan. Radix sort supports all the unsigned integral types as keys, and all the built-in scalar and vector types suitable for storage in buffers as values. Scan supports all the integral types. It also supports vector types, which allows limited multi-scan capabilities.

Release Notes: This release adds support for out-of-place prefix sums (although with the same type for source and destination). It also saves program binaries in the cache for faster startup on some platforms.

Download Website 29 Mar 20:09 units 2.10

GNU units converts quantities expressed in various systems of measurement to their equivalents in other systems of measurement. Like many similar programs, it can handle multiplicative scale changes. It can also handle nonlinear conversions such as Fahrenheit to Celsius, and it can perform conversions from and to sums of units, such as converting between feet plus inches and meters. Beyond simple unit conversions, units can be used as a general-purpose scientific calculator which keeps track of units in its calculations. You can form arbitrary complex mathematical expressions of dimensions including sums, products, quotients, powers, and even roots of dimensions. In this way, you can ensure accuracy and dimensional consistency when working with long expressions which involve many different units which may combine in complex ways. The units are defined in an extensive, well-annotated data file which defines over 2,500 units. You can also provide your own file to supplement or replace the standard file.

Release Notes: This version supports '_' to represent the previous result and support for rational exponents. Output can be logged to a file with -L. Nonlinear unit synonyms are easier to define, and display of nonlinear unit definitions now shows the range and domain and type of units needed. Error handling is better, and various bugs have been fixed.
