UDP IPTV to RTSP proxy is a lightweight GNU/Linux daemon which, being installed on a LAN router, provides on-demand access to UDP multicast streams via RTSP, RTP, and HTTP unicast protocols. The server itself does not support streaming of any files, it only can receive incoming multicast streams provided by your ISP and retransmit them to interested local clients. The main purpose of the software is to provide simple IPTV service to small office or home ethernet and/or Wi-Fi LANs where upgrading the network to handle multicast correctly is not an option. It is not intended to handle large-scale installations and service clients you don't trust (like the public Internet).

Release Notes: This release adds HTTP "continuous download" streaming. It adds support for RTP UDP multicast sources. It has improved support for multiple RTSP clients with the same IP address. There are other minor improvements.

Download No website 08 Jul 22:22 jkaptive 1.11

Jkaptive is a simple captive portal without RADIUS (and thus without total security, but at the same time without too much hassle). The reason behind this is because a lot of site administrators don't need tight security; their site is just a café that offers free Internet access on an unsecured WLAN access point connected to the Internet, and they need a ticketing system to make it cumbersome for average people to use this offering without actually buying a single coffee. Jkaptive itself just presents the login page and checks the token. The blocking of unticketed traffic is done through Linux' netfilter. As no proxy server is involved, jkaptive has no performance penalty, nor does it create problems with non-HTTP traffic. Once the token is accepted, jkaptive is out of the way of any network packets completely. For presenting the login page, jkaptive has a built-in Web server, so no additional Web server application is needed.

Release Notes: This release fixes two bugs. It ifxes base64 decoding of the token malfunctioned with tcllib >= 1.14 from recent Linux distributions. The --loglevel command line switch now overrides the loglevel option from the config file.

Download Website 08 Jul 22:16 Aspose.Words for .NET 9.6.0

Aspose.Words is a word processing component that makes it possible for .NET applications to read, write, and modify Word documents without using Microsoft Word. Other useful features include document creation, content and formatting manipulation, mail merge abilities, reporting features, and support for DOCX, DOC, WordprocessingML, HTML, XHTML, TXT, and PDF formats (requires Aspose.Pdf). It supports both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.

Release Notes: The Open XML Paper Specification (called OpenXPS for short) is an XML-based fixed document format often used in rendering and printing. Integration of a new HTML parser in both Aspose.Words for .NET and Java that conforms to the HTML 5 standards is complete. This means that HTML documents loaded into Aspose.Words are now properly read and interpreted compared to the old parser, which did not conform to HTML 5 standards. This release includes further improvements to the API, including the hotly requested feature Data Binding to Custom XML properties.

Download Website 08 Jul 22:08 Clement 2.6-3.4

Clement is an email server application. Its main function is to block unwanted mail (spam) as soon as possible in the email exchange process. It accepts or rejects email while the SMTP session, initiated by the email sender, is still pending, accepting legitimate email messages without the need to return an error status to non-existent or "borrowed" return address later. Clement can operate in two modes, either as a standard MTA (as sendmail, Postfix, Exim, Exchange, etc.) to store email in the recipient's own area, or to transmit the mail to an another SMTP server acting as smart spam filtering device. Each email domain name Clement knows about can be treated in one of these two modes depending on the group to which the domain name has been set. Each message is verified by a virus scanner (ClamAV) while the SMTP connection is still open, but the refusal of mail and the reason for refusal is notified to the actual sender. Mail management is done via a Web interface and can be delegated to three administrative levels (Root-Admin, Group-Admin, Domain-Admin). Standard users can access their own logs (sent email status, email rejected, quarantined email, etc.). With this interface, the user can handle the rejection and acceptance of mail. Users who are level "Admin" can access the session logs (via the Web interface). Clement uses a SQL database (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to store and manage logs, user profiles, and dynamic management of directives concerning the sender-receiver relationship.

Release Notes: This is a small improvement release. It is compatible with Fedora 18 and its systemd init process. User-selected display setup (log page size) is now kept within all clement display part. A MySQL cron process impairing the spam detection learning process has been fixed.

Download Website 08 Jul 20:59 Kernel Mode Linux 3.10_001

Kernel Mode Linux is a technology which enables the execution of user programs in a kernel mode. In Kernel Mode Linux, user programs can access kernel address space directly. Unlike kernel modules, user programs are executed as ordinary processes (except for their privilege level), so scheduling and paging are performed as usual. Although it seems dangerous, the safety of the kernel can be ensured through such methods as static type checking, software fault isolation, and so forth.

Release Notes: This release has been merged with the 3.10 Linux kernel.
