No download Website 15 Dec 23:02 magicErmine 4.0.1

magicErmine is a tool for creating portable applications for Linux. It allows the same Linux executable to be run on a wide range of different distributions. Like statifier, It makes one executable file with no run-time dependencies from a dynamically linked executable and all of its libraries. Unlike statifier, it is able to add arbitrary files to the packed executable, such as configuration files or pixmaps.

Release Notes: This release fixes a bug where in some rare circumstances external files could be treated as internal. The ERMINE_SELF_FORCE_EXTERNAL environment variable allows you to specify a space separated list of files that should be treated as external even if packed.

Sculptor is a productivity tool that applies the concepts from Domain-Driven Design and Domain Specific Languages. You express your design intent in a textual specification, from which Sculptor generates high quality Java code and configuration. You can use the concepts from Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in the textual Domain Specific Language (DSL), e.g. Service, Module, Entity, Value Object, Repository. The generated code is based on well-known frameworks such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Java EE. Sculptor takes care of the technical details and the tedious repetitive work, and lets you focus on delivering more business value (and have more fun). The DSL and the code generation drives the development and is not a one time shot. The application can be developed incrementally with an efficient round trip loop. Sculptor is useful when developing typical enterprise or Web applications that benefit from a rich and persistent domain model.

Release Notes: This version has undergone a major overhaul. It has most of the functionality as the previous 2.1.0, but internally it has been migrated to the latest versions of Eclipse4, Xtext2, and Xtend2. It is hosted on GitHub and has its own Web site.

Download Website 15 Dec 19:44 cvs-fast-export 0.7

cvs-fast-export analyzes a collection of RCS files in a CVS repository (or outside of one) and, when possible, emits an equivalent history in the form of a fast-import stream. Not all possible histories can be rendered this way; the program tries to emit useful warnings when it can't. The program can also produce a visualization of the resulting commit DAG in the DOT format handled by the graphviz suite. The package also includes cvssync, a tool for mirroring masters from remote CVS hosts.

Release Notes: This release has an -i option for incremental dumping. It has a -p option for enabling load status reports. There are many documentation improvements. There is now a regression-test suite for the package. A cvssync tool for mirroring remote CVS repos has been added.

Download Website 15 Dec 19:38 pmbw 0.6.2

pmbw is a set of assembler routines to measure the parallel memory (cache and RAM) bandwidth of modern multi-core machines. Memory bandwidth is one of the key performance factors of any computer system. Today, measuring the memory performance often gives a more realistic view of the overall speed of a machine than pure arithmetic or floating-point benchmarks. pmbw contains a set of very basic functions which are all hand-coded in assembler to avoid any compiler optimizations. These basic functions are modeled after the basic inner loops found in any data processing, sequential scanning and pure random access. Any application will have a memory access pattern which is somewhere between these two extremes. The current version of pmbw supports benchmarking 16-, 32-, 64-, 128-, or 256-bit memory transfers on x86_32-bit, x86_64-bit, and ARMv6 systems.

Release Notes: Fixes memory tests on ARM. Changes the options -s and -S to give range of array size.

Download Website 15 Dec 19:37 PCRE 8.34

The PCRE library is a set of functions that implement regular expression pattern matching using the same syntax and semantics as Perl 5, with just a few differences. PCRE is used by many programs, including Exim, Postfix, and PHP.

Release Notes: Performance has been improved by extending the "auto-possessification" feature. Backreferences to named subpatterns now check all with the same name; this and other changes improve compatibility with Perl. A number of bugs have been mended.

No download Website 15 Dec 19:33 j661 1.0

The j661 project provides a generic CDS (or ARINC 661 Server) in order to facilitate the understanding of the ARINC 661 standard, prototype ARINC 661 concepts and architectures, and facilitate the reuse of ARINC 661 specifications and artefacts between projects. The CDS architecture is designed to allow defining the Server behavior to be easily modified or extended. This is achieved by a modular plug-in architecture, allowing customization at runtime without changing anything in the Server core itself.

Release Notes: This version support both Swing and JavaFX rendering engines, and has a lot of additions compared to the 0.57 previous version.

Download Website 15 Dec 19:27 Pies 2.5.0

Pies is a Python 2 and Python 3 compatibility layer with the philosophy that all code should be Python 3 code. Starting from this viewpoint means that when running on Python 3, Pies adds virtually no overhead. Instead of providing a bunch of custom methods (leading to Python code which looks out of place on any version), Pies aims to backport as many of the Python 3 API calls, imports, and objects to Python 2 as possible, relying on special syntax only when absolutely necessary.

Release Notes: This release automatically makes __str__ methods work correctly across Python2 and Python3, adds support for 2 & 3 compatible meta-classes, and adds support for lru_cache.

No download Website 15 Dec 19:27 SOFA Statistics 1.4.0

SOFA is a statistics, analysis, and reporting program with an emphasis on ease of use, learning as you go, and beautiful output. Download Website 15 Dec 19:24 GOB 2.0.20

GObject Builder (GOB) is a simple preprocessor for easily creating GObjects (glib objects). It reads a class description file with inline C code and produces .c and .h object files for you. It allows you to easily use most of the features of the GObject system and avoids typos by reducing the amount of code needed. In general, the amount of code is about the same as for OO languages such as Java or C++, but you still have to only use C and you get all the power of the GObject system.

Release Notes: GTK3 support, names of signals and properties, and fixes for deprecated functions.

Download Website 15 Dec 19:23 decotengu 0.5.0

decotengu is a dive decompression library to experiment with various implementations of the Buhlmann decompression model with Erik Baker’s gradient factors. The results of decotengu calculations are decompression stops and tissue saturation information. Third party applications can use those results for data analysis purposes or dive planning functionality.

Release Notes: This release adds NDL dive detection before dive ascent start. The 'dt-plot' script is reimplemented to use R core plotting functions (ggplot2 is no longer required, which gives a major performance gain), and legend plots generated by the script have been added. The documentation has been updated with a section about comparing dive decompression data with the 'dt-plot' script. This is the first beta release.
