Download Website 31 May 21:18 Dada Mail 5.1.0

Dada Mail can help you manage a mailing list, offers complete support for safe, closed-loop opt-in subscriptions, sends out mass mailings, keeps an archive of your messages, and allows you to share your messages in many ways. It runs on your Web hosting account and you interact with it through your Web browser, making it available anywhere you have a connection to the Internet. You do not have to rely on a third-party list management system with costly monthly fees. It is rich with features, but tries to keep it simple. It is designed to favor flexibility, extensibility, and ease-of-use over core speed or extremely flashy but hard-to-use features. It is designed to be installed, set up, and understood by regular people who have Web sites, but has enough advanced features to entice more proficient users. If you've ever installed a bulletin board or blog software, you should be able to install Dada Mail without too many problems. Dada Mail can scale. You can install Dada Mail on most any basic hosting account and start sending out messages. If your mailing list grows large, you can switch to sending with a more powerful third-party system, like Amazon SES, where there's potentially no limit on the number of emails you may send, all without having to change mailing list management systems or your hosting.

Release Notes: This release features three new plugins: a plugin to change a Mailing List's short name, a plugin to help manage Apache-style password protected directories, and a plugin to set default text/copy when sending out mass mailings. It also has major enhancements to Dada Mail's Profiles, giving you the ability to enable/disable major features of Profiles to suite your taste. Auto-Adjusting sending speeds for Amazon SES mail sending have been added. Finally, Dada Mail's invitation feature now allows you to see who you've already invited, and gives you a choice to not re-invite these addresses.

No download Website 30 May 23:27 MyMediaLite 3.01

MyMediaLite is a lightweight, multi-purpose library of recommender system algorithms. It addresses the two most common scenarios in collaborative filtering: rating prediction (e.g. on a scale of 1 to 5 stars), and item prediction from implicit feedback (e.g. from clicks or purchase actions). It contains dozens of recommender engines, including state-of-the-art matrix factorization methods. It also supports real-time updates to the recommender engines, storing engines to disk and reloading them again, and several evaluation measures to compare the accuracy of different recommender system methods. Three command-line programs that offer most of the functionality contained in the library are included.

Release Notes: This release adds several new rating predictors, all of them variants of asymmetric factor models (AFMs). The new item recommender MostPopularByItemAttributes generalizes an idea presented by the organizers of the Million Song Database Challenge.
