Download Website 25 Mar 23:11 dCache DSS 2.1.1

dCache is a distributed storage solution. It organizes storage across computers so the combined storage can be used without the end-users being aware of precisely which computer stores their data; end-users simply see a large amount of storage. Because end-users need not know on which computer their data is stored, their data can be migrated from one computer to another without any interruption of service. This allows dCache storage computers to be taken out of service or additional machines (with additional storage) to be added without interrupting the service the end-users enjoy.

No download Website 25 Mar 23:06 j661 0.52 Beta 7

The j661 project provides a generic CDS (or ARINC 661 Server) in order to facilitate the understanding of the ARINC 661 standard, prototype ARINC 661 concepts and architectures, and facilitate the reuse of ARINC 661 specifications and artefacts between projects. The CDS architecture is designed to allow defining the Server behavior to be easily modified or extended. This is achieved by a modular plug-in architecture, allowing customization at runtime without changing anything in the Server core itself.

Release Notes: Many new features for the DataProvider configuration (extensions capability, new features for the expression language, support for multi-line equations, etc.). A fix for String values in messages received by the Client not being parsed correctly. Fixes for some graphical regressions since the change in the JOGL version to 2.0rc5. Fixes in the Editor.

No download Website 25 Mar 23:02 nxlog 1.4.635

nxlog is a modular, multi-threaded, high-performance log management solution with multi-platform support. In concept, it is similar to syslog-ng or rsyslog, but is not limited to Unix/syslog only. It can collect logs from files in various formats, receive logs from the network remotely over UDP, TCP, or TLS/SSL on all supported platforms. It supports platform-specific sources such as the Windows Eventlog, Linux kernel logs, Android device logs, local syslog, etc. Writing and reading logs to/from databases is also supported for many database servers. The collected logs can be stored into files, databases, or forwarded to a remote log server using various protocols. The old BSD Syslog and the newer IETF syslog standard (RFC 3164 and RFC 5424-5426) are fully supported by nxlog in addition to XML, JSON, CSV, GELF, and other custom formats. A key concept in nxlog is to be able to handle and preserve structured logs so there is no need to convert everything to syslog and then parse these logs again at the other side. It has powerful message filtering, log rewrite, and conversion capabilities. Using a lightweight, modular, and multi-threaded architecture which can scale, nxlog can process hundreds of thousands of events per second.

Release Notes: Nxlog can now generate Graylog2 GELF output. Additionally, this release brings JSON and XML support. With two new extension modules nxlog can parse and generate logs in both of these formats.

No download Website 25 Mar 23:01 Assignment Collector/Grader 2.0

Assignment Collector/Grader is a Web application for collecting and automatically grading student lab work. It automatically runs JUnit tests against student uploads, immediately provides feedback to students, records student results for later review, provides a gradesheet summary of student performance, allows easy administration of students, assignments, and classes, and allows the availability of an Assignment to be timed.

Release Notes: This release presents three major features. First, in the administration interface, users can only view and edit the Courses and Assignments they created. This should help simplify use of the site for multiple teachers. Secondly, students can now have their grade log emailed to them. This should be useful to students while reducing server load. Lastly, the grader has been overhauled to be more stable, more extensible in the future, and faster than in the past. Minor features in this release include a visually-improved gradesheet and the usual bugfixes and minor improvements.
